Terms of Use

Accounts must be created and managed by an adult (18+) who is responsible for all activity and purchases on the account. Children may use the app with parent supervision.

• Free: 3 lifetime song generations per account.
• Pop Bop Pro: 30 successful song generations per billing cycle. Unused songs do not roll over.
• Pop Bop Unlimited (no longer available for new purchases): existing Unlimited subscriptions continue unchanged — unlimited songs subject to fair use and automatic anti-abuse protections, including short cooldowns, duplicate-job prevention and safety limits designed to stop automated or abnormal usage.

Only a completed, playable song counts against your allowance. Failed generations are not charged to your quota.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; see our Refunds & Cancellation page.

Lyrics and music are generated automatically. Output can be imperfect, repetitive, unexpected or off-key, and similar prompts may produce similar songs. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Please review songs before sharing them.

You agree not to use Pop Bop to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• imitate a real celebrity, artist or public figure, or request a specific artist's voice or likeness;
• create hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise harmful content;
• resell, scrape, automate or otherwise abuse the service or attempt to bypass quotas.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Pop Bop depends on third-party AI and hosting services and may be unavailable, slow or changed at any time. We may pause generation temporarily for maintenance or safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pop Bop is provided "as is" without warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
