Privacy Policy

• Account data: the grown-up's email address and sign-in details, so we can keep your plan and song credits attached to your account.
• Song choices and prompts: the names, pets, silly jokes, actions and music vibe used to build a jingle, plus the lyrics and audio that come back.
• Basic usage records: how many songs were generated and whether they succeeded, so quotas and billing stay accurate.

Family setup you type into Parent Setup (nicknames, pets, inside jokes) is stored on your own device in the browser and is only sent to us when you make a jingle with it.

We do not ask for a child's birth date, address, school, photos or voice recordings. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers — we only store the subscription status and identifiers Stripe sends back so we know which plan you are on.

To make a jingle we send your chosen words to AI providers that generate lyrics and music, and we host the app and database with cloud providers. Those providers process the request on our behalf to return your song.

Names and lyrics are removed automatically after 90 days. The song title you typed (which usually contains your child's name) and the lyrics we generated are erased from our records 90 days after the song was made. What remains is a plain record that a song was made and whether it worked, with no names in it, which is what keeps your plan, credits and any refund question accurate.

Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and Stripe keeps its own copy of them.

You can remove your family's names and lyrics right away using the button below (visible when you are signed in), or email support@popbop.app and we will do it for you. Clearing your browser storage removes the family setup saved on your device.

Pop Bop is designed for grown-ups to set up and for children to use with supervision. A parent or guardian should create the account, choose what goes into a jingle and manage any purchases.
